Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery of your order, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Product Conditions are described in the PRODUCT CONDITION+ tab.

Due to the high turnover of products, and the large quantity, there is a chance that a product available on the website is not in stock. In such a situation, we will inform you by e-mail about the situation.

Refunds

If the purchased item is in worse condition than presented in the PRODUCT CONDITION+ tab, we will cover all the costs of shipping the book back to us. Details will be discussed over e-mail.

Buyer has 14 days counting from delivery date to send us goods back, on his cost without any reason.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and PayPal account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If your goods will be in worse condition then presented in PRODUCT CONDITION+ ta or product category description and if it is possible, we might offer to exchange the book for a better copy from our stock. It will be your decision.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
